"In 2014, my quest for a healthier lifestyle began when the scale hit 200lbs. My mindset was the key factor that drove me to make changes. As I started my journey, I realized the truth in the saying "when the student is ready, the teacher will appear." I made gradual changes every week to improve my life. I got hooked on exercising and even started exercising twice a day at times. I made sure my social circle was into fitness so I had no excuse to skip it. Now, I love fitness and healthy living and want to inspire others to adopt this lifestyle too.

It's an amazing life-changing feeling. A strong mindset is crucial to starting your fitness journey. Without the mental readiness to work and give it your all, it's a waste of time. My mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's doing a pull-up, a burpee, or running your first 5k.
